I’m here to offer a space that feels safe, affirming, and real — a space where you can be fully human, even on the messy days.
I’ve been providing psychological services since 2014 and became fully licensed as a psychologist in 2022. I bring both experience and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. I approach therapy with a progressive, affirming lens — honoring your full identity, values, and lived context. Your experiences don’t exist in a vacuum, and neither does your healing.
You’re allowed to feel ease — not just once in a while, but in your everyday life.
In our work together, we’ll create a space that’s compassionate, thoughtful, and tailored to your real life. We’ll use a blend of mindfulness, values-based work, and cognitive tools to quiet the critical voice inside — and help you reconnect to the grounded, calm part of you that’s been there all along.

You’re smart, creative, and outwardly successful — but inside, it’s exhausting. You lie awake at night replaying conversations, worrying you missed something, failed someone, or just didn’t measure up. You’ve built your life by pushing through, but now that push is pushing you toward burnout.
In therapy, we’ll slow the spin.
Together, we’ll gently explore that critical voice — not to silence it, but to understand it. You’ll learn to notice your thoughts, your body, your needs. You’ll start to make choices based on your values — not your fears.
How I work:
My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your pace.
I believe therapy isn’t about fixing you — because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you notice the patterns that have kept you stuck, and creating space for new ways of being.
We’ll explore the connections between your past experiences and the struggles you’re facing today — not to dwell on the past, but to give you insight into why you feel the way you do. I’ll invite you to notice your emotions and even how they show up in your body, so you can learn to honor them instead of pushing them aside.
My role is to guide, support, and walk alongside you as you build more awareness, self-compassion, and freedom. Together, we’ll create space for you to breathe, to let go of the pressure, and to reconnect with the calm, capable person you’ve always been.
